Warranty Terms
1. Giving Up:
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days of the sales invoice date, provided it is undamaged. Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, have lost their resale value, and are no longer suitable for purchase by another customer will be accepted in good faith. We prefer that products be returned complete and undamaged, including any standard accessories. Before returning your product, please send an email to our email address or contact (customer service) stating your reason for return, along with your invoice number and order number. Customer service will contact you via email to inform you how to return the product. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
II. Products Damaged During Transport:
To identify any damage to the product during transport, open the order in the presence of the delivery person and compare it with the invoice. Check for any errors, missing items, or damage. If you find any damage or missing items in the product, document this in a report prepared with the assistance of the delivery person and return the product to the delivery person. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you received the product without any missing items, and the return process will not be completed. Returns of products sent without a receipt, invoice, or damage report are not accepted by our company. Within 14 days of receiving these documents, our company will initiate the process of refunding the product price to the customer's credit card. (Note: This site is not responsible for any issues arising from the bank during the product return process.) If you wish, you can receive an identical or equivalent product in place of your damaged product.
III. Defective Products:
If you experience any defects that were not noticeable upon delivery but become apparent during product use, please send a message specifying the defects and including your invoice and order numbers to our email address or via the contact section. If customer service deems your explanation acceptable, they will send the product you received, along with your invoice, to the company for testing. If the report from the company after the inspection shows no defects in the tested product, a doctor's report explaining any allergies will be requested from the consumer. Upon receipt of the doctor's report by customer service, the consumer will either receive another product of the same price or have their payment cancelled, according to their preference. Shipping costs for returned defective products will be covered by us.
